HACCP approved

In 2005, ENJO products were tested by the Federal Hygienic Department of Vorarlberg,
Austria and certified that they all fulfil the strict HACCP criteria.

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point which means that this concept is concentrating on the danger and risk analysis and on the critical checkpoints. Legal foundation is the hygiene regulation of nourishment of 1997 (1975 and policy 93/43/EWG), that was ratified on
1. March 1999.
